Custom Otto is a muscle car based on the original 1968 Hot Wheels packaging artwork by Otto Kuhni, created by Larry Wood for the 40th Anniversary. It was the 'Lost Redline' casting that never appeared in the classic mainline until its 2008 resurrection.
