No refunds once sold
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Please review the product photos, combo contents and your order details carefully, and confirm before ordering.
Condition of items
No items we ship are defective — every item is checked and verified in good condition before it leaves our facility.
Cards and product renders shown on the site are official renders and may vary slightly from the original product; this is not a defect.
Damage or loss in transit
We do not cover damage or loss that occurs in transit. Once a package is handed to the courier, transit risk passes to the buyer.
If you would like your package insured for transit, contact us at mail@bibaloot.com BEFORE ordering and we will arrange courier insurance at cost.
